It contains a lot of information but it looks like it was put together with an ancient typewriter and Xerox machine, with no logical order to the contents. Joel "Pinball Lizard" Cook and Vickie Huisenga took a lot of material from these Gottlieb service bulletins and "On Target" newsletters, added in their own experiences and produced the 1994 "Black Hole/Haunted House Club of America". Gottlieb also published a technical newsletter called "ON TARGET" covering both pinball and video games, between November 1980 and March 1984. Besides the usual game specific instruction manuals with schematics, Gottlieb issued a series of Service Bulletins to operators as new games were released and faults were uncovered.
